June 2023: A massive increase in the cost of colour printing was implemented on 20 June 2023. As a result I have made the colour books available in both standard and premium editions. The standard is on standard colour paper which is widely regarded as perfectly acceptable, and the premium edition, at a slightly higher price, is on premium colour paper for a sharper reading experience.
